County Foods was born out of a love for 'real food' and first
saw the light of day at the very first Farmers' Market held at Harrison
& Hetherington's 'Borderway Mart', Carlisle in May 2000. We had been making sausage for ourselves, family and friends for many years and with lots of encouragement from many an enthusiastic sausage eater, we came 'out of the shed' and ’Old County Original’ Rare-Breed, Free-Range Cumberland Sausage was born. |
