Payment and Delivery Information

We usually despatch orders on Wednesday (for Thursday delivery) – and it is likely that your order will leave here on Wednesday of the week after we get it; arrangements, including delivery instructions and any special requirements, will be agreed with you first in any case.

Your order will be despatched via overnight courier, refrigerated in a (recycled!) polystyrene container. The current cost of delivery anywhere on the UK mainland is £8.35 inclusive of VAT, and this amount will be added to the cost of any order under £50.00 in value; orders of £50.00 or more are delivered free of charge. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Islands cost a little more and we will give you a firm price on request.

Payment can be made by most major credit cards, and you can give us your card details over the phone, by fax, by post – or by way of the internet. If you do not wish to pay by credit card you can send us a cheque on receipt of our invoice.
